Confraternity for
Holy Souls St. Basil Chapter
The mission of this group is to pray for the holy souls
who are unable to pray for themselves. A quote from the Archdiocese
of Detroit: "Every soul should have the
opportunity to enter heaven." Sadly, many of those souls
have no one to pray for them and that is where we come
in with our act of mercy.
We discuss:
How to pray for the holy souls.
Why we pray for holy souls.
Church teachings on purgatory.
Church teachings on indulgences.
We meet every other month on the third Saturday at
10:30 am in the Social Hall.
